Isla Brown
B.SC Osteopathy

Hi, my name is Isla Brown and I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992 with a B.Sc. in Osteopathy and I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, which is the governing body for Osteopaths.

I started my practice life at a busy, well established clinic in Paisley, following this excellent grounding in Osteopathic clinical practice I established a clinic in Airdrie, Lanarkshire before heading off to work abroad for 2/3yrs. I have also practised in New Zealand, Australia, England and the Republic of Ireland before becoming established in Galston, Ayrshire.

Over the years the majority of my post graduate studies have been in Cranio – sacral technique, the treatment of children and laterally, M.E./ chronic fatigue syndrome. My practice is now made up of a mixture of general practice – low back and spinal pain, joint problems, sciatica, Headaches as well as patients suffering long term M.E./ short term post viral fatigue and a wide variety of childhood problems from colic and sleeplessness to growing pains and recurrent infections.

I have always loved osteopathic practice and all the many and varied problems that it presents on a daily basis and my enthusiasm has remained undaunted.I enjoy keeping my skills up to date and do my best to stay abreast of current developments in the field and I hope that this perseverance pays constant dividends to my patients.

I am happy to discuss any issues or answer any questions that you may have concerning Osteopathy, how it works and how it may be of benefit to you or / and your family.

Our Practice Daniel Gerber
B.SC Osteopathy

Hello my name’s Daniel Gerber. I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1998. After qualifying I worked in London and Leeds to gain more experience at a number of clinics before moving to Scotland.

I personally enjoy treating a wide range of people and since qualification I have successfully treated people of all ages from  weeks old  to patients in their 90’s. I have also treated people of all activity level from wheel chair bound to professional sports people.

It has been my constant aim to treat my patients using the lowest number of treatments possible, and this is probably why so many patients are happy to recommend me to their family and friends..
